iDigital Terms and ConditionsCustomer is in charge of having a Backup of the device. iDigital hold no responsibility of data loss while on repair. ALL REPAIR COMES WITH LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON THE REPAIRED ITEM. THE WARRANTY IS VOIDED IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR WATER DAMAGE OR SCRATCHED OR DAMAGED BY USING FAKE ACCESSORIES. THE CUSTOMER DROPPED THE PHONE AND AFTER DIAGNOSTING THE PHONE HE/SHE DECIDED NOT TO FIX IT. HE/SHE WILL BE CHARGED MINIMUM LABOUR FEES.
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage that had been caused from improper or misusing device (Jailbreak/ Routing include/ Rooting). If any problem involving the repair arises after the customer’s device is picked up. We will warranty the parts replaces for life time warranty after the customer has been notified the device is ready for pickup. If the device has suffered improper or misuse again after pick up. The warranty is voided. We will only warranty parts that we have provided. If a customer provides his/her own parts, there is no guarantee that the repair will be successful. If the repair with the customer`s own parts is successful, he/ she will not receive a warranty on the repair. In any case that we damage the customer`s device it is our responsibility to repair the damage that we have cause. Please allow up to 10 business days for the replacement parts to be received. If we damage the device beyond repair. We ask the customer to give us up to 30 business days replace the device with a new/used/ refurbished device of the same model and storage capacity. In the event the device does not need to be replaced. No customization done to the device will be refunded or issued; and it’s the responsibility of the customer to backup his/her information prior to any service.
Note : The original price given to the customer for the repair must still be paid there will be labor charge in the event a repair is unsuccessful. Additionally, we will hold the customer device for up to 30 days. Or unless full payment is received, before the customer gives up ownership of his/her device to us. In the event that the customer loses ownership. He/ she will not receive any compensation for any payment made beforehand. There will be a labor charge for any unsuccessful repair. Additionally, we have the right to hold your phone until payment is received for parts and labor. No inscription or engraving will be refunded or issues if we have to replace the item. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge the above information. Important: On Repair, we strive to repair devices as quickly as possible. In some cases, depend on parts availability. Once notification is made informing the device is repaired. We except prompt pickup and payment. In the event the unit is not picked up up to 30 days from notification. We reserve the right to sell the device for the balance due and the owner of the will not receive the device, any deposit and/or compensation for the device.
iDigital is not liable for any part that brought by the customer. iDigital hold the right to reject any part or any repair that does not pass the test.
